About Carolyn Kraus

Truly from the south, having lived in both North Carolina and now South Carolina, Carolyn has had her broker's license for over 20 years.

Prior to working in real estate, Carolyn was a senior vice president at a bank in the mortgage business. This background was helpful because often financing is a part of the contract process. After leaving the mortgage business, she worked as a Guardian for Beaufort County, helping people that do not have a family by stepping in to make medical and financial decisions on their behalf. This was a fulfilling job and taught a lot about the necessity of preparing for the future, in case an individual cannot make their own decisions.
